1. Parties
"CustomChartTrader," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Edge Crafter. "You" means the person or entity that purchases, downloads, installs, activates, or uses the software.
If you use the software on behalf of a company, trading business, prop firm account, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this EULA.
2. Software
CustomChartTrader is a NinjaTrader 8 trading-panel add-on built as a NinjaTrader Strategy. It is designed to run inside NinjaTrader 8 and assist with chart-side order-entry workflow, risk planning, stop/target planning, and trade management controls.
The software does not include NinjaTrader 8, brokerage services, market data, exchange access, broker connections, prop firm accounts, trading education, trading signals, trading advice, or financial advice.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the final purchase terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use CustomChartTrader for your own trading workflow.
Final launch terms must confirm the number of permitted users, number of permitted machines, whether commercial desk or team use is allowed, whether transfer is allowed, whether updates are included and for how long, and whether any lifetime wording is used.
- Machine count: Activate on 1 machine at a time
- Transfer policy: Move to a new machine anytime by deauthorizing the old one
- Update entitlement: Includes all v1.x updates
4. One-Time Purchase
The initial public offer is planned as one one-time payment license. A one-time payment does not automatically mean lifetime support, lifetime feature development, lifetime compatibility, perpetual updates, source-code access, or guaranteed compatibility with future versions of NinjaTrader, Windows, brokers, data providers, or third-party services.
Any lifetime, update, support, or transfer language must be stated clearly on the checkout page and in the final license terms before purchase.
5. Activation and Machine Binding
CustomChartTrader may require server-side activation. Activation may send a license key, product version, and machine identifier or hashed workstation fingerprint to the activation server.
The activation system may bind a license to one machine or a limited number of machines. It may reject activation if the license is expired, revoked, invalid, already bound to another machine, used in violation of this EULA, or flagged for suspected misuse.
Machine deauthorization and transfer rules must be finalized before checkout opens.
6. Restrictions
- Copy, publish, share, resell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or distribute the software or license key.
- Use one license for more users or machines than the final license terms allow.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the software except where applicable law expressly allows.
- Bypass, disable, remove, or interfere with license activation, machine binding, server validation, usage restrictions, copyright notices, or security features.
- Upload or distribute the DLL, package, or source-derived materials to public forums, marketplaces, file-sharing sites, Discord servers, GitHub repositories, or similar locations.
7. Ownership
CustomChartTrader is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, website, documentation, branding, design, code, compiled files, activation system, screenshots, and related materials.
You receive only the limited license rights expressly granted in this EULA.
8. Updates and Installation Responsibility
We may provide updates, patches, compatibility fixes, documentation changes, or feature changes. We may also stop supporting older builds, require activation changes, or require an update for continued compatibility or security.
Before installing, updating, importing, or removing CustomChartTrader, you should back up relevant NinjaTrader workspaces, templates, indicators, strategies, and configuration.

9. Trading Responsibility and No Financial Advice
You are solely responsible for every trade, order, account selection, quantity, price, stop, target, risk setting, live/sim selection, broker connection, and platform action.
The software may help display, calculate, preview, or submit trading-related actions, but it does not replace your own judgment, testing, supervision, or responsibility.
CustomChartTrader is not financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or risk-management advice. The software does not recommend whether to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, size, or manage any trade.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomChartTrader is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Crafter will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, rejected orders, duplicated orders, slippage, platform outages, data-feed errors, prop firm violations, account restrictions, tax consequences, business interruption, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Liability period: 6 months from the date of purchase
11. Governing Law and Contact
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
